The pinstripe was the cutting edge of the black & gold designs that were applied to so many Lotus F1 cars. This is evoked by the pinstripes around the sleeves and collar.


The all important John Player Team Lotus roundel featuring the JPS monogram is on the right chest, alongside the ACBC Victory silhouette on the left chest.
